When properly used, Vinfinity® can keep an
open bottle fresh for up to 21 days or more. Along with proper management,
the system can reduce losses to zero.
Vinfinity can pay for itself in a matter of months by increasing customer
count, revenue per glass, consumption per seat and profit margin.
Revenue
Vinfinity makes it practical to offer a larger selection and more expensive
wines by the glass, which is a major attraction to some of the most sophisticated
restaurant patrons. Offering more expensive wines will increase spending
per glass, and better quality will increase consumption per customer.
Cost of Operation
For every 50 glasses of wine served, Vinfinity utilizes about one minute
worth of electricity. Since there is no regular maintenance required,
the cost of operation is negligible. Vinfinity uses the widely available
Vacu-Vin® stoppers to keep the bottles sealed.
Training
Vinfinity requires no special training other than using it after every
pour.
For management, the system features a digital usage counter that allows
you to compare the number of glasses poured versus vacuum applications.
This allows you to check if the system is being used consistently. The
counter can be reset to check on an individual manager, bartender or shift.
