The Vinfinity W. B.T.G. Spoilage Calculator uses point of sale data from several major restaurants and sophisticated mathematical modeling to estimate wine spoilage based on the number of selections offered, glasses sold per month and number of days at which management considers an open wine unacceptable.
Assumptions:
• $10 average glass price,
• four glasses per bottle and a
• 25% average wine cost.

*Spoilage calculations With Vinfinity assume vacuuming a spoilage point of seven days, which is the most conservative scenario using the system as intended. In most cases the system the Vinfinity will keep wine fresh for up to 21 days.

Our patented FlashVacuum™ process makes it practical to protect every open wine bottle after every pour, no matter how big or busy the operation. The FlashVacuum™ process minimizes contact with air and has a dramatic effect on the lasting quality of an open bottle when compared to any end of day only wine preservation process.

With a response time of less than two seconds, multiple locations and a preset vacuum level, the time and effort required to insure pristine quality in every wine glass is similar to that of using a soda gun to mix a drink. There is no limitation to the number of Vacuum Guns the system can support or their locations, and the system can be used simultaneously at multiple locations with no limitation on frequency.

The VinfinityŽ Wine Preservation System protects so effectively that it will keep most table wines fresh for up to 21 days after opening, and often months in the case of dessert or fortified wines.

VinfinityŽ requires little staff training and no regular maintenance other than cleaning the Vacuum Guns at the end of the night, which is a thirty second process. Using the system becomes as natural as using a soda gun.

The process is also highly visible and sends customers the message that the establishment cares about the quality of their wines by the glass. Managers, bartenders and servers soon learn that better wine leads to higher sales, better tips and bigger profits.

Since the bottles are not attached to the system, you can pour at the bar or even offer traditional tableside service, which assures the customer that they are getting the wine ordered, and the Vinfinity "pop" is a clear indication that the wines are being kept in pristine condition.
